Information

March 30, 2020:  Gov. Larry Hogan issued a stay-at-home order for Marylanders which means no one should leave their home for any reason other than essential work, to get food or other fundamental reason. The order takes effect at 8 pm.
For the GISW this means:

1. All GISW buildings will be closed for the foreseeable future.

2. In order to give our teachers and parents more time to prepare, we are postponing both parent nights that were scheduled for tonight to Thursday at the same time.

Distance Learning until Friday, April 24th, 2020.

We are here for you as we continue to prepare for the 2020/21 school year. The Admissions Office remains open. Please complete this form and we will contact you: https://giswashington.org/request-information-package.html

Bus Application

For regular participation in the bus service, students can be enrolled by June 15 for the following school year.

The price for single trip bus tickets is listed in the document "tuition" at ADMISSIONS > Tuition. They are sold in the Business Office. Tickets or multi-trip tickets can only be issued with a written permission from the parents. A written permission is also required if a student occasionally wants to take a bus other than his/her regular bus.

Children who do not have a single-trip or a multi-trip ticket will not be allowed to ride the bus at any time.

The enrollment form for bus service is at Admissions > Forms.
