Carnival / Fasching

On Tuesday, the 9th of February, 2016, we celebrated Carnival. One of the things we did was a parade. It was a long parade. All of the wacky and extravagant costumes amazed me. We started in the third period by changing into our costumes. After a while we started the parade through the buildings. The whole middle school was watching the parade. Many people were dressed up as wacky or interesting characters. The main costume for this year was witches and wizards. We marched through the buildings while singing songs that we practiced in music class. At the end of the parade, everybody got a small treat. It was funny, interesting, fun and unpredictable for me and everyone else in our school.
