4/11/2014: Easter Arts and Crafts Morning at the Elementary School

Dear Parents of the School Entry Level and the Elementary School,

Easter is just around the corner and the Elementary School would like to celebrate this holiday with you during our Easter Arts and Crafts morning on

 Friday, April 11, 2014, 10 am to 12 pm

The children will have a chance to walk from workstation to workstation, set up  in different classrooms. We will offer a variety of projects at each station. It would be wonderful  if you could accompany your child during the morning. Since we will be offering coloring of Easter eggs in one classroom,  we request that you pleaseprovide your child with two hard boiled eggs that day.

As in previous years, we will organize an Easter Coffeehouse in the ES-music room downstairs. This is where we kindly ask for your help: Each class is requested to be in charge of a specific contribution for the Coffeehouse:

SEL 1, 2: beverages (at least seven thermos of coffee, four thermos of tea, water, and apple juice per classroom)

1 a/b, 2a/b, 3a/b: cakes, pies, cookies (at least five cakes per classroom please)

4a/4b: hearty snacks (sandwiches, rolls, finger food)

You can drop off beverages and food at the main ES music room in the lower level starting at 8:00 am We are asking the parent representatives to please coordinate food and beverage donations.

Please remember to label your thermos and plates with your name.

Thank you for your support!
