IMPORTANT: NEW EARLIER PLAN B BUS ROUTES

ATTENTION: DON’T MISS THE SCHOOL BUS –

NEW EARLIER DEPARTURE TIMES ON PLAN B DAYS –

ALL BUS ROUTES ARE AFFECTED!

Potomac, February 6, 2014

Dear Bus Parents,

As you know, traffic in the metro area is difficult, especially in bad weather. For the days when the German School runs on Plan B (delayed start), we had to change all morning pick-up times to an earlier departure time for ALL bus routes and stops in order to make sure that all bus kids get to class on time (9:55am).

Please see the attached revised schedule for the NEW earlier Plan B bus times that are effective immediately.

To make sure that your child does not miss the school bus, please note: On a PLAN B day, the buses will run EARLIER than before.

Please be aware that we are expecting snow this weekend and that there is a possibility for a delayed start of classes (Plan B) on Monday, February 10, 2014. As always, we will inform the school community via SchoolReach, the emergency hotline at 301.767.3850, and via the website at www.dswashington.org.

Again, please be sure to come to the bus stop at the earlier time on the next PLAN B day.

Best regards,

Marianne Haegeli

Business Manager
