Invitation to Town Hall Meeting on January 19, 2015

Dear Members of the German School Society,

The Finance & Audit Committee of the Board of Directors cordially invites you to a Town Hall Meeting regarding school financial matters on Tuesday, January 19, 2015 at 7:30pm in room 212. Free childcare and translation service will be offered during the event.

At this informational meeting, the Finance & Audit Committee together with the Business Director will present the proposed budget for 2016/17, which you will be asked to vote on during the Extraordinary Membership Meeting on January 25, 2016. In addition, the results of the audited financial report of 2014/15 will be presented. We organized this Town Hall Meeting to provide you with relevant information so that you will have the opportunity to express your questions and suggestions before the Extraordinary Membership Meeting.

You will find the proposed budget and the final audit report in the coming days in the password-protected area of the website under ABOUT US > School Society > Finances.

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, we kindly invite you to join us via a webinar. To register for the webinar, please click here: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/7798088679689140226

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Please note that we are unable to take questions via the webinar.

Please submit your questions by Monday, January 18, 2016 to vorstand@dswash.org. This will enable us to have answers ready for you during the Town Hall Meeting.

We look forward to seeing you at the Town Hall Meeting.

Best regards,

Christopher Sheldon
Treasurer and Chair of Finance & Audit Committee
