Reading Competition

The Reading Contest

The Reading Contest took place in the third and fourth hour. There were two kids out of the 4b, 4a, 6b and 6a. At the start, everybody was nervous because they didn’t know who would win. When Frau Schumann rang the bell, the students began to read. Finally, the kids read. There were six judges who scored the readers. The students all read very well. After everyone was finished, there was a break so that the judges could add up the scores. There was a first, second and third place.  A judge came into the middle of the room and announced the winner.  Sophie T. from the 4b was the champion!
