St. Nick visits School Entry Level

During the weeks before St. Nick’s visit, our SEL students practiced songs and poems to recite as a thank you to St. Nick for his visit. This year, he came a day early. He arrived with a big bag full of presents, a silver book and a long stick. The children were excited, a little nervous, and listened with their eyes and ears wide open, to hear what St. Nick had to say about them. St. Nick gave a customized little talk for each group, a few reminders of good behavior, and of course lots of praise. The children thanked him for the wonderful gifts and they waved him farewell with songs and poems.
