Step Two: Apply

We accept applications on a rolling admission basis. If you decide to enroll your child(ren) at GISW, please complete the Application Form in full and return it to the Admissions Office by mail, email or in person. The Admissions Office will confirm receipt of your application by email.

Once we receive your application and the non-refundable application fee of $75 as well as all supporting documents listed on the form, we will start processing your application.

Step Three: Admissions Review

Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing of your application materials. The final decision regarding admissions is made by the Head of School.

Most children who apply to the School Entry Level, Elementary School and Upper School will undergo a German language assessment before a place can be confirmed for them in the school. The Admissions Office will coordinate an appointment between you and the respective teacher.

Step Four: Receive a Decision Notification

The Admissions Office will notify you of an admissions decision. If accepted, you will receive an official acceptance email asking you to pay the $600 enrollment fee for admission to the Preschool or $2000 enrollment fee for admission to the School Entry Level (SEL) through 12th grade. Please pay the enrollment fee in cash, by check or wire transfer.

Step Five: Enroll

Once the school has received the enrollment fee, the Admissions Office will send you the enrollment agreement. Please return the signed agreement as soon as possible to reserve a spot for your child(ren). A student will be considered fully enrolled as soon as the school receives a signed enrollment agreement and payment of the enrollment fee.

You will be invoiced in accordance with the enrollment agreement.
